Having completed a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy and Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning), Michael has the ‘theoretical’ knowledge and the expert ‘practical’ coaching eye to identify the athletes movement patterns, and provide bespoke exercise programs to recondition the athlete effectively.
Don’t just treat the victim, address the culprit. Treatment that addresses muscular, neurologic or skeletal problems in isolation can only be considered incomplete.
